Many students enrolled in this Career and Technical Program have career aspirations to be teachers, childcare employees, or pursue other careers working with children upon graduation. The preschool is overseen by Ms. Jennifer Mullen, a licensed Family Consumer Science educator at Culpeper County High School. Students enrolled in Early Childhood Education I and Early Childhood Education II spend their time in the preschool executing the activities listed above as well as all other potential demands of running a preschool. Furthermore, Early Childhood II students have the exciting opportunity to earn college credit as our program collaborates with Germana Community College. Preschoolers always enjoy a one-to-one ratio with our high schooler students, who we like to call our “big blues”, throughout the school day. This program is designed to benefit both the preschooler and the high schooler. The opportunities are endless for your child in this unique preschool setting.
